Last June, the Perna Foundation participated in the PS1 MoMA show “Art Live Radio,” with a floating stand at the Biennial Celebration in Venice. This year, the organization will present its first MEDITERRANEAN 2008 exhibit in Ravello from June 27 to August 24, 2008.

The exhibit will feature a collection of pieces by 17 artists chosen by the foundation and its scientific committee, and will be part of the Visual Arts section of the Ravello Festival directed by Achille Bonito Oliva.

Pieces by 17 artists selected by the foundation and its scientific committee: Alanna Heiss (Director of the PS1 in New York), Paolo Colombo (former Curator of the MaXXI, Museo Nazionale delle Arti del XXI Secolo in Rome, and current Art Advisor for the Istanbul Modern and Benaki Museum in Athens), Marc Mayer (Director of the Musée d’Art Contemporain in Montréal), Vicente Todolì (Director of the Tate Modern in London).
